San Dimas Retirement Center offers an alternative to nursing home placement for seniors with Alzheimer’s diseases and related dementia. The small size of our South Garden location provides a home-like atmosphere where residents receive individualized attention from trained, caring staff available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
Services include:
- Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
- Scheduled transportation to physician appointments
- Incontinence management
