About San Dimas Retirement

San Dimas Retirement Center offers an alternative to nursing home placement for seniors with Alzheimer’s diseases and related dementia. The small size of our South Garden location provides a home-like atmosphere where residents receive individualized attention from trained, caring staff available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

Our complex spans three acres and is equipped with all of the modern amenities including spacious private and shared rooms; individual heating and air conditioning; cable and telephone ready; garden patios and balconies; gracious community parlors, library, recreation rooms and outdoor spaces; on-site beauty and barber shop; underground parking; and an ideal location next to major shopping areas.

Residents may choose from private or semi-private accommodations. Our team provides needed reminders and redirection along with support, affection and assistance. These can include medication management; scheduled transportation, assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming; escorting to meals and activities; scheduled memory care/enhancement, events, outings, training and/or educational activities; and housekeeping, personal laundry, and linen care.
